2. No Counselor–Client Relationship

Engaging with this website, downloading materials, submitting contact forms, or attending a psychoeducational workshop does not establish a counselor–client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship will only be established through mutual consent following a signed informed consent agreement, completion of intake documentation, and acceptance into counseling services.

Participation in psychoeducational workshops, educational events, or consultation does not imply clinical oversight, diagnosis, or individualized mental health treatment.

3. Service Availability and Limitations

All services listed on the website are subject to availability, scope of licensure, and the counselor’s current capacity. ADHD Focus Finder reserves the right to decline services based on appropriateness, ethical guidelines, or caseload limits. ADHD Focus Finder does not guarantee service outcomes.

Individual counseling services are currently provided under a New York State limited permit and may not be available to clients located outside of New York.

4. Online Booking and Communication

Communication through the website, including form submissions and email, is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not submit sensitive, emergency, or confidential health information through the contact form or email. ADHD Focus Finder cannot guarantee the availability of specific appointment times through online booking and reserves the right to adjust appointments as needed.

By submitting your information through the website, you acknowledge that electronic communication carries inherent privacy risks, and you agree not to hold ADHD Focus Finder liable for unauthorized access or delays in response.

5. Emergency Situations

ADHD Focus Finder does not provide crisis intervention services or 24-hour emergency support.
